Neutrino Phyics at Short Baseline
Eric D. Zimmerman (University of Colorado, USA)
Short-baseline neutrino experiments address possible oscillations
in the Delta m2 > ~1 eV2 range. LSND has presented evidence for
oscillations, and MiniBooNE is testing this claim. Additionally,
a large number of present and near-future experiments will produce
new measurements of inclusive and exclusive neutrino interaction
cross-sections in the E<20 GeV range. These measurements will be
critical to understanding signal and background rates as long-baseline
oscillation experiments enter a new era of precision.
